Our ultimate mission is, and always has been, to provide superior service to our customers through our main business. As we pursued that goal, Wacoal People adopted a way of thinking based on mutual understanding and trust within the company. Today, we are working to expand that philosophy outside the firm as well, by developing mutual trust with our customers and all our stakeholders. We are working to strengthen this culture among group companies as we prepare for the new business age, and by sharing this sense with consumers, are working to incorporate our customers experiences to build a firm base for the future.

Interacting with customers provides unique vantage points. The manager of one of our sewing factories says she feels proud when she receives visitors from the local communities. One might think that such visits would be a hindrance, but it's just the opposite. The workers and guests share happiness and joy, as the employees see the customers they are producing Intimate Apparel for, and the customers see the workers carefully sewing products for them. This is a stance that lives throughout the Wacoal group.
